A seated guest needs about 10 square feet under a tent; a standing guest about 6. The sizes below are conservative so nobody ends up in the rain.

10 × 10 pop-up tent

$75 per event

Up to 10 guests standing, 8 seated. Shade for a serving station or a small backyard gathering.

10 × 20 pop-up tent

$125 per event

Up to 20 guests standing, 16 seated. Covers two 6 ft tables with room to move.

Delivery + setup included

20 × 20 frame tent

$825 per event

Up to 40 guests seated. Delivery and professional setup included.

Delivery + setup included

20 × 40 frame tent

$1,225 per event

Up to 80 guests seated. Delivery and professional setup included. Weddings, receptions, large family events.

What's included

Pop-up tents (10 × 10, 10 × 20)

Delivered with the rest of your order. Set up takes minutes and is included when the order is delivered. Weights or stakes provided for the surface you have.

Frame tents (20 × 20, 20 × 40)

Delivered and set up by the crew, then taken down and removed after the event. Setup time is booked with you. A level area of grass or pavement is required.

Add heat for spring and fall

Patio heaters with propane included, $101 each. One heater covers roughly a 10 × 10 area at a comfortable temperature.

Add tables, chairs and linens

Everything on the price list can be delivered with the tent in the same trip.
